Lithium ore beneficiation process flow

The lithium ore beneficiation process flow is a combination of lithium ore through a series of processes such as crushing, screening, grinding, grading, stirring, flotation, thickening, and filtration. It is the main step in the production of lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide.

The ore fines ground by the ball mill enter the next process: classification. The spiral classifier cleans and classifies the lithium ore mixture by virtue of the principle that the specific gravity of the solid particles is different and the precipitation speed in the liquid is different. The washed and graded mineral mixture is sent to the flotation machine, and different drugs are added according to different mineral properties, so that the desired minerals are separated from other substances. After the desired minerals are separated, because they contain a lot of water, they must be preliminarily concentrated by a concentrator, and then dried by a dryer to obtain dry spodumene concentrate.
